CoralPaths Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
CoralPaths is a social discovery and connection platform. It helps people discover and connect around interests, activities, communities, friendships, travel and other social purposes.
Dating or romantic discovery may be available as an optional, adult-only use of the Service. CoralPaths is not predominantly or exclusively a dating service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the general Service. You must be at least 18 years old to access dating or romantic-discovery features.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoralPaths mobile application, websites, customer support, events and related services, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You also agree to comply with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Safety Guidance, subscription disclosures and any feature-specific terms presented to you.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
You may use the general Service only if you:
- are at least 16 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live;
- have legal capacity to enter into this agreement or have valid parental or guardian authorization where required by law;
- are not legally prohibited from receiving the Service;
- have not previously been removed from CoralPaths for serious or repeated violations unless we expressly authorize a new account; and
- provide accurate age and identity information.
Adult-only dating features
Dating and romantic-discovery features are strictly limited to users aged 18 or older.
Users aged 16 or 17 must not access, attempt to access or misrepresent their age to access adult-only features.
Adults must not use dating or romantic-discovery features to seek, discover, contact, groom or exploit minors.
CoralPaths may require age or identity verification and may restrict access while verification is pending.
3. Nature of CoralPaths
CoralPaths provides technology that enables discovery and communication between users. It is not a travel agency, tour operator, employer, recruiter, professional adviser, emergency service, matchmaking guarantee or background-check service.
CoralPaths does not control what users say or do online or offline. We do not guarantee another user’s identity, age, background, intentions, conduct or compatibility.
A verification badge reflects only the checks specifically described for that verification feature. It is not an endorsement, criminal-record check, guarantee of identity, guarantee of age or promise of safety.
4. Accounts and account security
You agree to:
- create only one personal account unless CoralPaths authorizes otherwise;
- provide accurate and current information;
- keep your account information updated;
- protect your password, authentication methods and account credentials;
- notify CoralPaths promptly if you believe your account has been compromised; and
- accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You must not:
- create an account for another person without authorization;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- sell, transfer or share your account;
- provide false age or identity information; or
- use another account to avoid a restriction or suspension.
We may request verification, reject or reclaim a username, require additional security measures or restrict an account where necessary to protect the Service.
5. Profiles, discovery and connections
You choose the information included in your profile and discovery preferences. Some profile information may be visible to other users and may be copied, saved or shared by them.
Recommendations, rankings, compatibility signals, location, distance, activity indicators and verification labels may be approximate, automated, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
A suggestion, like, match, message, connection or introduction does not create an obligation for another user to respond, meet or continue communicating.
Consent must be freely given, informed, ongoing and revocable at any time.
6. User content
“User Content” means information or content you submit, transmit, publish or otherwise make available through the Service, including text, photographs, video, audio, profile information, messages, feedback and reports.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant CoralPaths a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, technically format, translate, display, distribute and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to:
- operate and provide the Service;
- display content according to your settings;
- secure and moderate the Service;
- investigate reports and enforce these Terms;
- improve and develop CoralPaths; and
- promote CoralPaths where you have permitted such use.
This licence is limited by our Privacy Policy and your settings. It ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where continued retention is legally permitted or required, content has been shared with another user, or the content remains in a temporary backup.
You confirm that you own or have all necessary rights and permissions for your User Content and that its use will not violate the rights of another person.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use CoralPaths to:
- harass, stalk, threaten, bully, intimidate, shame, discriminate against, blackmail, sextort, dox or exploit another person;
- engage in sexual activity or communication without consent;
- distribute intimate images or content without the subject’s consent;
- solicit sexual services, facilitate trafficking or promote prohibited compensated sexual arrangements;
- create, request, possess, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material;
- create or share sexualized content involving anyone under 18;
- groom a minor or help a minor access adult-only features;
- promote hatred, terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, graphic violence or illegal activity;
- encourage self-harm or intentionally target vulnerable people;
- impersonate another person or use misleading profile information;
- operate scams, request money under false pretences, manipulate investments, conduct fraud or distribute malware;
- publish another person’s private information without authorization;
- violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
- spam, advertise, campaign, recruit or solicit users without written authorization;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index or automatically extract information from the Service;
- reverse engineer or attempt to obtain CoralPaths source code;
- bypass access controls, rate limits, payment systems, verification, age restrictions or safety measures;
- use CoralPaths content or data to train or improve an artificial intelligence system without written authorization;
- submit knowingly false reports or misuse the appeals process; or
- assist, encourage or attempt any prohibited activity.
Conduct outside the Service may result in action where it creates a credible safety risk, involves another CoralPaths user or materially threatens the integrity of the Service.
8. Safety and offline interactions
Use caution when communicating with strangers or arranging an in-person meeting.
You should:
- meet in a public location;
- tell someone you trust about your plans;
- arrange your own transportation;
- protect your financial and identity information;
- avoid sending money to another user;
- use blocking and reporting tools when necessary; and
- contact local emergency services if anyone is in immediate danger.
CoralPaths does not routinely conduct criminal, identity, immigration, employment, health or sex-offender background checks.
Information may be false or incomplete even where a user has completed a verification process.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to interact with other users, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Blocking and reporting
You may block or report another user through the available in-app controls.
Blocking limits specified interactions within CoralPaths but cannot prevent a person from contacting you outside the Service.
Reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Misusing the reporting system or retaliating against a reporter is prohibited.
10. Moderation and enforcement
CoralPaths may use automated systems, trained reviewers, service providers and user reports to detect and review content or conduct.
We may:
- warn a user;
- remove or restrict content;
- reduce content or profile visibility;
- limit account features;
- require age or identity verification;
- suspend or terminate an account;
- block devices, identifiers or networks;
- preserve relevant evidence;
- cancel transactions where legally permitted; or
- refer suspected illegal conduct to relevant authorities.
CoralPaths is not required to monitor every interaction and cannot guarantee that every prohibited activity will be detected or removed.
Where required by law, we will provide a statement explaining a moderation decision and an opportunity to appeal.
Appeals may be submitted through Safety & Help → Support or support@coralpaths.com within 6 months after the decision.
11. CoralPaths intellectual property
CoralPaths and its licensors own the Service, software, designs, databases, trademarks, logos and related intellectual-property rights, excluding User Content.
Subject to these Terms, CoralPaths grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the application for lawful personal use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass protections or create derivative works from the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions or feedback, CoralPaths may use them without restriction or compensation.
We will not publicly identify you as the source of feedback without your permission.
13. Subscriptions and purchases
13.1 Prices and billing
Some CoralPaths features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
The price, currency, billing period, included benefits, trial terms and renewal information will be displayed before purchase.
13.2 Automatic renewal
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period until cancelled.
You authorize the applicable application store or payment provider to charge the displayed subscription price and applicable taxes.
13.3 Apple App Store and Google Play
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and administered by the applicable store.
Store terms may govern payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and billing disputes.
You must manage or cancel your subscription through the applicable store settings. Deleting CoralPaths or deleting your account does not necessarily cancel your store subscription.
13.4 Trials and promotions
Trial and promotional eligibility may be limited. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price disclosed before the trial began.
13.5 Price changes
CoralPaths may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide notice and obtain consent where required by law or application-store rules.
If you do not agree to a price change, cancel the subscription before the next renewal.
13.6 Refunds and withdrawal rights
Except where required by law or the applicable store, purchases are final and non-refundable after they have been supplied.
EEA and UK consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts. Where you request immediate delivery of digital content or services and acknowledge the loss of that right, the withdrawal right may end as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory refund, cancellation, conformity or consumer-protection rights.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how CoralPaths collects, processes, discloses and retains personal data.
Consent will be requested separately where consent is the applicable legal basis.
15. Third-party services
CoralPaths may link to or depend on third-party platforms, maps, application stores, websites, identity providers and communications services.
Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
16. Service changes and availability
CoralPaths may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features to improve the Service, address legal or security requirements, manage technical constraints or respond to business needs.
We will provide reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable and legally required.
The Service may experience interruptions, delays, errors or data loss. Keep copies of content you need.
17. Account deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account through Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Uninstalling CoralPaths does not delete your account. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
18. Suspension and termination
CoralPaths may restrict, suspend or terminate access where:
- you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines;
- your account creates a safety or security risk;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or illegal activity;
- you fail to pay an amount due;
- your account remains inactive for an extended period;
- termination is legally required; or
- the Service or relevant feature is discontinued.
Where required, we will provide notice, reasons and an opportunity to appeal. Serious safety, fraud or legal risks may require immediate action without prior notice.
After termination, provisions that should reasonably survive will remain effective, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute provisions.
19. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralPaths is provided “as is” and “as available.”
CoralPaths does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free availability;
- the accuracy of user information;
- another user’s identity, age or intentions;
- matches, compatibility or connections;
- safe online or offline interactions;
- employment, travel, friendship or relationship outcomes; or
- any specific result from using the Service.
These disclaimers do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- intentional misconduct or gross negligence where liability cannot legally be limited;
- breach of non-waivable consumer or data-protection obligations; or
- any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoralPaths will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data.
Where a monetary limitation is lawful, CoralPaths’ aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to CoralPaths during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- EUR 100.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
21. Responsibility for claims
If you use the Service for business purposes, or where otherwise legally permitted, you agree to compensate CoralPaths and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents for third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful conduct, User Content or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to consumers where prohibited by law or to the extent a claim results from CoralPaths’ own conduct.
22. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the laws of the country where you normally live.
The state and federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumers may bring claims in any court available under mandatory law, including courts in the country where they live.
Before filing a claim, contact support@coralpaths.com with a description of the dispute and your requested resolution. This does not prevent urgent legal relief or suspend mandatory limitation periods.
These Terms do not currently require arbitration or include a class-action waiver.
23. Changes to these Terms
CoralPaths may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational or feature changes.
We will publish the revised Terms and update the date at the top of this page. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes and request acceptance where required.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect.
24. General provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms and the documents incorporated into them form the entire agreement concerning the Service, except for applicable written feature-specific terms.
Severability
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. CoralPaths may transfer it as part of a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or business transfer, subject to applicable law.
No partnership or agency
These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary or agency relationship.
Language
If translations conflict, English will control only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
