CoralPaths Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

CoralPaths is operated by CoralPaths LLC, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can contact us at privacy@coralpaths.com.

This Cookie Policy explains how CoralPaths uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites, mobile application and related services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Where a technology is not strictly necessary, we will request your consent before using it when applicable law requires us to do so. You may refuse or withdraw that consent without losing access to the basic Service.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They can allow a service to remember settings, maintain a session, protect accounts and understand how a service is used.

We use the term “similar technologies” to include local storage, software development kits (“SDKs”), pixels, tags, mobile identifiers and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, your browser or device.

2. Current use on the CoralPaths public website

As of the date shown above, the public CoralPaths website does not intentionally use analytics, advertising or behavioural-profiling cookies. The website may use strictly necessary technologies if required to provide a requested feature, protect the website, remember privacy choices or maintain security.

If we introduce non-essential analytics, personalisation or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and, where required, present a consent tool before those technologies are activated.

3. Categories of technologies we may use

Category Purpose Consent
Strictly necessary Provide requested functions, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, protect accounts, balance traffic and remember cookie or privacy choices. These technologies are used only where necessary and generally cannot be disabled through our consent tool. You may still block them in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work correctly.
Preferences and functionality Remember choices such as language, region, display settings or other optional preferences. Used with consent where required, unless the technology is necessary to provide a setting you specifically requested.
Analytics and performance Measure visits, interactions, errors and performance so that we can understand and improve the Service. Not activated before consent where consent is required by applicable law.
Advertising and measurement Measure campaigns, limit repeated advertisements or personalise advertising across services. Not activated before consent where consent is required by applicable law.

4. First-party and third-party technologies

First-party technologies are set or controlled by CoralPaths. Third-party technologies are provided by another organisation whose services may be integrated into CoralPaths, such as hosting, security, analytics, maps, identity verification, communications or advertising providers.

When a third party determines its own purposes and means of processing, its use of information is governed by its own privacy notice. We will identify material third-party technologies in our consent tool or the technology list below when they are used.

5. Technology inventory

The inventory below describes the storage and access technologies currently intended for the public website. It will be updated when the website begins using additional technologies.

Name or provider Category and purpose Duration
CoralPaths privacy-choice record, if enabled Strictly necessary. Remembers whether you accepted, rejected or customised non-essential technologies. For the period stated in the consent tool, after which we may ask you to confirm your choice again.
Security or session technologies, if required Strictly necessary. Protects the website, prevents abuse or maintains a feature you requested. Session-based or for the shortest period reasonably necessary for the stated security purpose.

Important: before publishing this Policy, replace or expand this table with the exact cookie, SDK and provider names, purposes and lifetimes used in the production website and app.

6. Mobile application technologies and permissions

The CoralPaths mobile application may use SDKs, application storage, device identifiers and similar technologies for authentication, security, messaging, diagnostics, performance, fraud prevention and features you request. Optional analytics or advertising SDKs will be controlled as required by applicable law.

Device permissions—such as camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, precise location and notifications—are not cookies. We request them separately when needed for a feature. You can manage them through your device settings. More information appears in our Privacy Policy and in the notice shown when a permission is requested.

7. How to manage your choices

7.1 CoralPaths privacy controls

Where available, select Cookie settings to accept, reject or customise non-essential technologies. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7.2 Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Mobile operating systems may also provide controls for permissions, identifiers and tracking. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent parts of the Service from functioning properly.

Browser settings apply only to the browser and device where you make the change. You may need to repeat your choice on other browsers or devices and after clearing stored data.

8. Legal basis and personal data

Where information collected through these technologies is personal data, we process it under the legal bases described in our Privacy Policy. Depending on the purpose, these may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or our legitimate interests in securing and operating the Service.

Consent to store or access information on a device is separate from the legal basis used for any later processing of personal data.

9. Retention

Session technologies normally expire when you close your browser or application. Persistent technologies remain for the period listed in our inventory or consent tool, unless you delete them earlier. We set durations that are proportionate to the relevant purpose and periodically review whether they remain necessary.

Information derived from cookies or similar technologies may be retained separately as described in our Privacy Policy, including where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or aggregated reporting.

10. International data transfers

Providers supporting cookies or similar technologies may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, CoralPaths uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Policy when our technologies, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version and change the “Last updated” date above. Where required, we will request consent before using a new non-essential technology or materially changing a consented purpose.
